5:38 PM PT — Takeoff‘s supervisor simply broke his silence on the rap artist’s shooting death, recommending Takeoff was eliminated by a roaming bullet.

The Migos rap artist’s representative launched a declaration late Tuesday on social networks, stating … “Senseless violence and a stray bullet has taken another life from this world and we are devastated.”

Quavo was toe-to-toe with a group of people outside that Houston bowling street — Takeoff and others had his back while he argued for more than 30 seconds prior to the shooting started.
TMZ Hip Hop acquired this video of the face-off around 2:30 AM — you can see and hear Quavo arguing with somebody, and Takeoff is a couple of feet behind him. There’s a conversation about playing basketball, and somebody — potentially Quavo — states “I don’t get down like that!”
Seconds later on, there’s a single fracture of shooting … and when everybody begins running, a flurry of shots are shooting through the crowd. You can hear more than 10 shots in overall, and it seems like they originated from a minimum of 2 various weapons.
Chaos taken place, with folks running in all instructions to leave the hail of bullets. As we initially reported, Takeoff was shot near his head, and regardless of efforts to resuscitate him — made by Quavo and a spectator — he was pronounced dead on the scene.

Members of the Houston Police Department held an interview Tuesday afternoon and exposed a 23-year-old male and a 24-year-old woman were likewise struck, and went to a health center for treatment. Cops state the majority of the witnesses to the shooting left the scene, and they’re asking to come forward with details about what occurred.
Takeoff was just 28.
