A guy is taking legal action against skateboarding star Nyjah Huston — after he states the 27-year-old X Games professional athlete beat him up throughout a run-in in Los Angeles previously this summertime.
Alexander Pou submitted the claim Wednesday — declaring the event occurred back on June 6 after Huston and a good friend went to Pou’s home to obtain a product they had actually left the night prior to.
