Valerie Bertinelli is very near to offering her Los Angeles home … ’cause she’s protected a buyer, who remains in line to work up some killer dishes once they relocate.

Property sources inform TMZ … the starlet is eliminating her home in Laurel Hills, and she’s offering it for $2.5 million. The 3 bed room, 3 restroom pad was just recently upgraded and features some truly great functions.

The interior is stunning with a contemporary feel. It’s got recessed lighting throughout, risen ceilings and stunning doors.

The real star of your house, however, has actually got to be the cooking area. Seriously … it’s a television star, of sorts. Valerie worked up all sort of meals here throughout the last 3 seasons of her Food Network program, “Valerie’s Home Cooking.”
